A: General FAQs:
a) What is the process to place the order online on your website?
You need to sent us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp us on +91 9408469226 for your order.
b) What happens if the goods received are damaged?
We assure for delivery of goods in good condition. However, in case of damage from our side, we would replace the goods.
B: FAQs for Product:
a) What does Semi-Stitched material means?
With Semi stitched dress material, we will not be able to alter the pattern/style of the neck or length of the top (as there would heavy work at the bottom of the material) when customizing. Finished dress would look like the one worn by the models.
b) Do you have Stitching option?
Yes, Customised Stitching option is available with us. You are required to provide measurement details
c) Can I buy Saree with unstitched blouse?
Yes, you can buy unstitched blouse by not selecting Stitched Blouse options under Customization. However you can select other tailoring options if you wish
C: FAQs for Shipping:
a) What is billing address?
The address where you receive your card statements is called billing address
b) What is shipping address?
The address where you would like to deliver the goods is called the shipping address
c) Can billing address and shipping address be different?
Yes, you can give a different shipping address.
d) Do the shipping charges vary from country to country?
Yes, for some products, they vary from country to country. You will get the exact shipping price when you will click on the International Courier Rates link on product page.
e) Is the shipping charge calculated on weight of the package?
The shipping charges are calculated on the number of products in your order.
f) Can I track the package once you ship it from India?
Yes, you would receive an email with the Airway Bill number of the courier once it is shipped. You would be able to track it with the respective courier.
g) What are your shipping charges for deliveries inside India?
Delivery within India is free of cost in most cases, however if there is a change it can be verified at the shipping policy link.
h) Can you deliver to any country in the world?
Yes, we deliver to almost all countries in the world.
D: FAQs for payments:
a) Can I pay using my Debit card?
Sorry, currently we only have offline payment options.
b) I have transferred money through Western Union, what do I do next?
Please email us the 10 digit MTCN number along with your temporary reference number. We would generate your order, once we receive the payments from Western Union.
c) Can I pay using bank transfer? Where do I get details of your bank account?
Yes, you can pay through bank transfer. The details are mentioned in the payment options link on home screen.
E: FAQs for Return and Refund:
a) What is the procedure to return a product in case I do not like it?
Please report the return to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. You may email us or call us and inform us the same. However, returns are only allowed in case of defect or mistake on our part.
b) Can I return a salwar kameez or a lehenga that was stitched to my measurement?
Sorry, custom stitched products cannot be returned or exchanged.
c) I bought a Saree with blouse stitched; can I return it or exchange it?
Returns would not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing, including for sarees where the blouse is stitched, readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouse. However we would accept returns if there are any faults from our end.
d) Are Kids Wear returnable?
Sorry, it cannot be returned as there sizes are specified with the age as well as the bust size.
e) Will I get a full refund if I return the product?
The value of refund varies from one case to another. It would be under the sole discretion of the operations.
f) Are there any charges for refunds, if I return an item?
We will not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item. We will not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
